Casa Astoria Apartment on the Los Gracioseros Luxury Complex

The whole complex was refurbished in 2017. There is a 20m pool, children's pool, pool table and a bar/restaurant with delightful staff, Sally and Anita! They are open from 9.30am - 8pm, and serve hot and cold drinks, breakfasts, lunches, snacks and a selection of daily specials, on the blackboard! There are 2 TV screens, showing sport, and free communal wifi.

Our 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment with balcony, is non-smoking and offers free private wifi, TV with all UK channels, films, sport, etc. Air conditioning, towels, beach towels, locking security box, key safe, iron and board and fully equipped kitchen. 

The double bedroom and the twin bedrooms both have TV's with Spanish channels and USB slots for your own media.

The family bathroom has a walk in rainfall shower and is equipped with a hair-dryer.

Fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, 3 ring electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and crockery, cutley, cooking utensils, glasses, etc.

Lounge/dining area with air-conditioning, table and 2 chairs, sofa, flat screen TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV1-4, C4, C5, RTE1 & 2, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc.

Patio doors lead out onto a private balcony with seating area and views of the swimming pool.

Downstairs there is a large communal terrace with sunbeds, and the communal pool, which is 1m - 1.5m deep. A separate childrens pool adjoins it, near the bar! 

Los Gracioseros is in a very convenient position. It is only a short, flat, 2 minute walk to a Spar Supermarket, and a 5 minute, only very slightly sloped, walk to the main Avenida with all it's variety of shops and bars, and, of course, the sea and beach.
